• Talisman, the multi-chain wallet, seeks retroactive funding for its development work from February to May 2023. Their focus is on enhancing the user experience in the Polkadot ecosystem. With over 40,000 users and significant contributions to nomination pools, Talisman is pivotal in simplifying the Polkadot interface for users.

• The Kusamarian, known for its impactful content in the Polkadot ecosystem, has proposed a partnership with Addressable.io to enhance audience engagement. Addressable.io specializes in targeting social media users based on their on-chain activities, offering a unique approach to outreach. This collaboration aims to integrate Kusamarian Media content into the social media timelines of users actively involved in blockchain.

Governance in Action

• In a significant move within Polkadot's OpenGov system, the largest delegator to Delegate Ivy Network has withdrawn their delegation. This undelegation of 1.5 million DOT at 3x conviction results in a loss of 4.5 million effective votes for Ivy. This change reflects the dynamic nature of stakeholder engagement and voting power in Polkadot's governance system.

• Jay Chrawnna highlighted a recent decision by Giotto (16DG) to adjust the approach to proposal commissions within Polkadot's OpenGov. Moving forward, commissions will be more transparent and direct, requiring influencers to manage them personally. This change is aimed at enhancing the integrity and effectiveness of community-driven initiatives.
